Mark and Ella McAfee built and operated Riteway Magic Supply together. They created stability, employment, and pride through a business rooted in community needs. That discipline is the foundation we carry forward.

We design work that holds up over time. Our responsibility is not just to build, but to operate, report, and remain accountable. A system that breaks when we leave is not a system -- it is a liability.
Opportunity should not depend on zip code
We build systems, spaces, and infrastructure that expand what is possible. The tools that help a dental office in Overland Park should be accessible to a nonprofit in Northeast Kansas City. Geography is not a quality filter.
